This next level is an add-on, to Level I and will be the bridge between all that you’ve already learned, next set of exercises and techniques to push you further on your journey to self-healing.

The final level is an add-on, to Levels I & II. It will support the dimensional framework learned in those previous levels, to help develop and maintain balance.
